The color is dark golden - amber. After the separation of stems, the grapes are pressed and poured into oak barrels to macerate and partially ferment over the period of 15 days. Production of this wine involves autochthonous yeasts. It lies in oak vessel of 300 and 500 liters and matures over 12 to 24 months. What is specific for this wine is that it does not go through the conventional procedure of clarification, filtration and stabilization, in order for it to retain the grape and terroir characteristics as much as possible. The scent resembles dried fruit a hint of spices and honey. The wine is full-bodied, with a smooth tannin structure. It is made to satisfy the taste of a true hedonist. The top quality of the wine comes to the fore if served at room temperature.
This is a dry white wine that is of straw-yellow color, with reflections of crystal clearness. It has an exceptionally aromatic scent and complex fullness of the taste with mild undertones of bitterness that resembles the tastes of dry figs and almond. Top quality and specificity of this wine comes to the fullest if served at the temperature of 10-12°C. We mixed three grape varieties: Italian Riesling, Serbian Župljanka and Serbian Neoplanta, and created a refreshing wine which is characterized by small, equal and long-lasting bubbles. The wine is characterized by exceptional aromaticity. It leaves complex, moderate fullness on the palate, with a long finale of mixed tropical and table fruit aromas. This wine is intended for the enthusiasts of refined and elegant taste. You will feel the harmony of scent and flavors best if it's served at a temperature of 8 to 10°C. This wine is served as a welcome drink or an aperitif.
The wine is of dark red color and thick texture, matured in oak barrels. The richness, the harmony of scent and taste and the fruity character were achieved by blending two top grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aurelius is made of selected grapes, with additional selection of barrique wine (225l) with different degrees of wood charring. It is best served at room temperature of 18-20°C. True gastronomic experience is achieved when combining it with dark meat, such as beef, mutton, various venison meats - deer, doe, wild boar, rabbit, duck etc. It goes especially well with short baked beefsteak and ripe blue cheese.

Varijanta has a crystal light ruby color. The wine has a distinct scent of wild strawberries, with notes of wild roses, Turkish delights and sweet spices. It is refreshing, fruity and very smooth wine with long lingering aromatic aftertaste. In terms of structure and strength, the wine is at the very transition between rose and red wine. Varijanta is a perfect match with the Serbian appetizers (prosciutto or cheese), grilled meat, as well as with fruit desserts.
